Hi All,

I am Bobble, I have a big history before me and I am sure I have pleased many. I started as a newbie on a site called generetic and was bashed from pillar to post and shaped into a a class up loader. For reasons unknown to me generetic folded and because I was a mass upoader of quality covers I was poached and lied to, to join a site called customaniacs. I won't go into the politics but my argument has always been for the downloader and because of this I wasn't popular. My arguements came to a head and I was banned however my covers still attract mass downloads. Rather than waste covers I involved myself with allcdcovers and was strung along much to my annoyance by a webmaster who was only interested in selling his site. I rejoined customaniacs under another user name Jackdaw and all was well until their web police intervened (sorry Kampar)

I thought to myself after being bombarded by clones that maybe covers aren't my scene. Wrong they are and I am good, I can compete with the best online and all masters know this. I am a tradionalists and will only spend my time on one site at a time. My only shortfall is I don't suffer fools gladly.

I am willing to upload here for free as is my norm. All I upload is my own work from beginning to end. Any challenge to any of my covers labels and I will supply the initial raw scans.

Thanks for reading,

Bobble.

Welcome to FreeCovers Bobble. smile.gif

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time with cover sites - hopefully FreeCovers will work out better for you. But - you need to keep in mind - a lot of people who scan covers are doing it as a hobby - not a job - they don't worry too much about semantics and such - and are really not into preachy dissertations on what to do or not to do (I am aware of your time at the last place where you were involved) - unless they ask - of course.

Glad to have you here Bobble. smile.gif

Hi All,

sorry about the original introduction bit long winded I'm not like that really. Thanks for your welcome replies much appreciated.

As I did mention I am a one man site only man and hopefully I will be accepted here for adding covers as is my hobby. Don't really do politics.

Cheers

Bobble

Hi all,

I must admit my attraction here was to obtain some covers for a R2 Box Set, I uploaded lots of my own work whilst waiting for pay pal to pay my gold member subs. As I have 1000's of covers and more every week I have taken a step back, why you may ask firstly the covers I wanted were shown as hires and offered as uncompressed to me that was brilliant until the uncompressed covers turned out to be SH 1 T, I think they were 50 dpi. I am not complaining about the site but when I maintain such high standards and have to continually have my work moderated and my attraction was for covers that I was promised publically are hires and uncompressed and turned out to be as I have already mentioned I am a little disappointed.

Love me or hate me I don't care you wil get my finished product, scanned at 600 dpi, templated and edited to a 300 dpi template. I don't want to discuss how I do it but I do it just as good if not better than the best paying sites online.

I have 1000's of covers to offer here that I have created and I need a bit more incentive than pay for the right to give lots and get suspect work.

I see a message mentioning big changes here I would like to see a big change in you offering me bobbles R2 section where I am sure I will attract many members who will pay to download my work. I have a lot of experience on forums as I have been an admin on a few of my own v bulletin sites, I have also moderated on a few humungous sites long gone.

Anyone like carry on ? hopefully attached, this is a very very small example of my capabilities,

Bobble (aka Jackdaw)
