i'm using and always use 80 minutes CD-R's i have 77.5 minutes of Audio and keeps saying it won't fit on the disc, i burnt a CD which was 78 minutes and burnt without problems (purchased CDs from iTunes)...so does anyone know the problem???

I have it set to leave no gaps between songs as this also allows a little extra.

If you burn it as a MP3 disc, you can put hours on one CD. Most CD players today will accept it, and it is a lot easier on long drives, when you don't have to swap out CDs every hour..
