Go to your nearest computer fair (you get everthing at trade prices) loads of carts for 1 (compatables) too printers such as the epson r220 you can get a continuous ink system for 39 that you fill from 500ml/1000ml botles wia a syringein to a tank system that connects to your printer the bottles vary i bought 1x500ml black and 5x 500ml colour(one bottle for each colour) works out 50 for 3ltrs ink.i have found somewhere for half that price since.when your ink monitor says your low you just have to switch your printer off for 30 seconds for the chip resetter.

Hey guys.
Check out Ebay or comp fairs for a CISS Bulk ink system.
Works out a hell of a lot cheaper than replacing cartridges. The print quality is excellent. Glad i made the switch.

Would this be a good price for a guy buying in the US? If not, what would be a better price? Thanks!

I use a CISS (continuous ink supply system) on my canon 190. Can't beat it, apox 40 cartridges worth of ink for $120 shipped, took about 30 minutes to install (after I figured out how to install it because their instructions were crap-had to email them how to do it) with 12 months warrante on parts. The ink is dye based and UV resistant so it saves a bunch of money and prints perfect coppies over and over and over and over...
