I just thought this scanning tip, for new to scanning and for those who don't know.

1. Descreen is a really good feature to use, takes away stripy scans, though this feature may not allow you to use the sharpen feature.

2. Grain Correction, this is good to reduce grainy scans. This isn't too much of a problem nowadays with high quality prints on DVD/Blu Ray covers from the factory's.


Another feature - Auto Tone can be helpful but can over expose scans so one need to be careful using this.

Anyone have any scanning tips for that perfect scan, add them here.
