To print of my covers and print disks i use both an Epson R200 and R300

Never had one problem with the R200 but the R300 has been nothing but bother from only printing half a cover then stopping to blocked heads all the time mad.gif

Love the results these printers give thoug and the fact i can buy a set of 6 carts for only £4.99 also goes in there favour wink.gif

Just wondered what other people use

I bought the R200 for disc printing, it's used for nothing else. 100's of discs printed, no problems. I use the Epson 1280 (Large format capable) & Epson heavyweight Matte 8.5X11 letter size paper for my labels.
The 1280 often needs head cleaning after several days of no use.
I'm also keeping track of all covers printed to estimate the ink and paper costs. smoke.gif

I need to find a cheaper ink supplier because i'm getting 2 sets of ink 4r the epson at a cost of £23.00 for both sets and I was told i can get them cheaper,,,but havent a clue where to look

Any help would be most grateful........... smoke.gif smoke.gif

Don't do a lot of printing myself - maybe half a dozen a week - but when I do my trusty Epson c64 works a treat and 3rd party inks are cheap thumbup1.gif

I use my Epson R320 for printing on inkjet printable media.
Most other color printing is done on a high resolution HP color laser - at work - - - whistling.gif

Hi I use R300 and not had a problem until after 10 months of use when paper doesnt load (any grade) you have to hand feed it. The cd tray never went in until you gave a little nudge and now doesnt come out fully when complete. Two friends of mine bought theirs at the same time as me and they are dead printers now. They both upgraded to the r320 and no probs so far so looks like i'll go for that one, but not inpressed with the r300. I use it everyday too.
