GOLD MEMBERSHIP not working

I recently paid for a lifetime gold membership which worked fine the first day of subscription.

I have not bothered to say anything as of yet due to messages of Bugs.

After reading the bug forum post realize that it is not what I am having a problem with.

My Gold Membership is not active. I cannot download uncompressed covers. It states in my subscriptions that I have successfully paid for it but not active.

Would post in bugs but unable to post in bugs.

Hi. I had a similar problem. I had paid for a 6 month back in August. They took the money out of my paypal but there was no record that I had bought the Gold membership. I really wanted Gold, so I just got a 3 month and that  one is working. I paid for this 2X though. I had thought the first one didn't work because of a bug, now I don't know. I can't find anywhere on this site to email someone in membership so I am posting here. Thanks.

I have the same problem as previous members have noted. Paid for 6 month gold membership but it is not active. I already sent  a message to " Max" an administrator in the bug report forum. I have a GOLD membership with site. I've had it and paid for it for a long time.

Now it does not work. Why?

For a long time now, I have not been able to download what I've paid for.

 

Please respond. If you are a responsible business, you should be looking after your paying customers.
