Ok, so I am really thinking about getting a color laser printer. Thing is, I don't know what specs I should look at. Any advise?

I want to avoid ink-jet because I don't print often enough so the ink will dry out and the print-heads will get clogged up.

Most if not all color stuff will be with covers, so that's why I'm asking here.

If you want to suggest a specific printer, I want duplex and it HAS to be connected via network, preferably wired.

I'm using a Brother MFC-9970CDW printer.  I've had it for about a year and it's work flawlessly.  Has a lot of enterprise level features if you configure it through the web interface.  Ethernet, WiFi, USB.  Scan's fairly decent too.  Just check out my 600dpi covers to se the quaility of the scans.  Though I do put them through GIMP first  to clean up flaws in the actual print process.

You are probably as cheap to use an online service such as DS colour labs to print your photos and get a cheap laser printer to do the B&W docs
