IMPORTANT...............IMPORTANT...................IMPORTANT................IMPORTANT

1. When you are uploading a cover to the site please make sure that we do not have it first... unless yours is superior in resolution...then tag it REPLACEMENT after the artist/title........

2. Do not put lines, comas etc in the title..............

3. Do not upload a cover that you have taken from another site without changing how it is written......

4. Make sure you put the region code in the title and if its a custom and if you know the country.......

5. Check the quality of the cover you are up loading......

6. Check the size of the cover............

7. Always write the full title and no short versions......

8. No porn covers to be uploaded to the site............

These are the main rules we want followed

Example.....

RIGHT WAY........................................................WRONG WAY
Rocky 6 R1 CUSTOM ........................................Rocky_6_R1_CUSTOM
Duran Duran - Rio..............................................Duran_Duran_Rio
The Beatles - Yellow Submarine..........................THE BEATLES YELLOW SUBMARINE

This is how we would like it done for all covers only movies have region codes and some games....

Audio Cover size.....

The prefered size is over 954x956 We would prefer then to be 1000+ in size but if they are good enough quality and we dont have them. then they will get accepted to the main site...

I have a bunch of covers (that I didn't find here) that you don't have, that I would like to upload here. I download the covers from other sites.

Can the images have watermarks?
What do you mean "how it is written?
Do you mean change the name so it doesn't say another sites name on it?

Have you noticed that when you download a cover (from wherever) that there is like an address attached to it - for instance - ours have freecovers with a bunch a of numbers and stuff, That's the part you need to rewrite. Just rename your file, I usaully just use the title of the movie and it's date. Pretty simple.

It just means...re-label it. Not RED_HOT_ CHILLI_PEPPERS_STADIUM_ARCADIUM...Red Hot Chilli Peppers Stadium Arcadium...sometimes people use the original labeling from the original site when uploading and it is not conducive to this site.

Okay, which is correct for CD covers:

The Beatles Yellow Submarine

or

The Beatles - Yellow Submarine

The former is shown as the "correct" format in this thread, the latter is shown as the correct format in Another Pinned Thread

The correct way is........................The Beatles - Yellow Submarine.

To be truthfully honest with you - I never really noticed hibee's previous post, but is has been decided to make the above example the way we would like it presented from now on.

Sorry for the confusion.

I'd like to see all CUSTOM labels/covers uploaded identified as such. I've seen many covers/labels uploaded prior (as much as 3 months) before release not noted as being a custom.

I consider that deceit/misrepresentation of the facts, and dishonesty.

How come when searching for covers sometimes a title doesn't come up in the search, yet you can find it browsing page by page? this is very time consuming...

Try putting the year in the title as well in the search, You should get better results
