Back alot better but I don't want to agravate it so not back into the fitness yet!! Swimming, specially with my kids, its such a giggle, but not done for a while, I'll sit and read and watch them having fun instead. How come your mind goes blank at these things huh?

Why not scan the original cover at the correct dimensions ?

Just a thought.

they should look like this and print exactly,

Try this template I've changed to be a jpg. If you scan your cover, firstly preview it and then crop out side the cover leaving a white border. Scan the over cropped image and save it. Reopen in your photo editing prog and straighten your image at no time crop it. Open the template in your photo editing prog and then insert your over cropped saved file and drag it to all four corners ensuring all of the cover is in the template and and the white border outside. Once you are happy your cover is inside the template save it. Then re open in your editing prog and edit the colours and contrast etc. Most progs have an auto fix so if you aren't too advanced this setting should suit your needs. Finally if you open your finished cover in your editing prog and select print A4 - Exact Size and the quality of paper you are using the cover should print exact size. I use adobe and is a lot more difficult. Let me know how you get on ?

Cheers
