Can somebody in charge here react? I bought a 3-month membership nearly 3 months ago. A few days ago, I came back to upgrade to lifetime gold. First I killed my recurring $6 PayPal payment, as directed, but the upgrade page refused to believe me--insisted I was still contracted for $6/quarter. Same next day. Now, two days later, the upgrade link is broken completely, and the Tickets System is blank and has been all week. I sent a note to Tim the "fixit man," but got no response.
I've never been so frustrated in an attempt to give somebody money!
