I paid for Gold quarter membership in November 15, 2015 which would take me until February 15,  2015. That part is ok but going through my paypal account I saw that $17.50 came out January 8, 2016 for which I'm assuming is for a one year gold membership but my membership is expiring February 15th. It should take me until January 8, 2017. I emailed the person that billed me (I don't want to say the name in the open forum). Can someone please look into this?

You emailed the right person about your issue.  If it is an erroneous charge, you can file a claim with PayPal and they will refund your account.  I would also suggest that you go into your PayPal subscriptions and modify it so this does not happen again.  I'm a little confused because you do not show up as a Gold Member now or at any time previously.  Are you sure you are using the correct account?

Still nothing has been done. The admin is not replying to my emails and my account has not been extended. The re-occuring payment should not be allowed and people should be mindful of it in their paypal accounts.

probably the reason they not replying your email is that they are working to fixed the upload

Personally that really isn't fair to members. How many others any having the same issues? This has been going on for almost a month. I'm sure it takes about 2 minutes to update someone's account. A simple reply email saying we have your email and will look into the issue would suffice.
