Hello.

 

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. The Bugs forum would not allow new topics. I sent a PM to an administrator, but am unsure where to look for the reply.

 

I am unable to subscribe because the subscriptions page displays no radio buttons, and no other way that I can see, to select the desired subscription.

 

Please advise, and thank you.

Had to reply to this forum as the bug report won't let me start a new topic.  Sorry.

 

Has anyone ever seen a "Duplicate Header" error before while attempting to download a cover?  

I've been a paying customer for years, but have never seen this.  I've been receiving it for about three days any time I try to download.  I am logged in and have tried at different times during the day, both before and after restarting my computer.  No luck so far.Here is what the error looks like:

 

 

 

  • Duplicate headers received from server

    Less
    The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.
    Error code: ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION

I'm getting the same thing. Think I found the problem. It's the browser I'm using which is Chrome. Tried explorer without any problem.

Here's a repeating problem. I have a lifetime Gold subscription, but got a renewal notice saying I had to renew or be cut off because my subscription expires in May 2038, and now I can't download full res covers or start new topics in the forum.  Tried contacting Max but no luck.  This same thing happened last May and Max had to fix it then, too.  Can anybody get this problem to the person who can fix it?

I have this exact problem, I had a Gold Lifetime subscription that randomly got cancelled. In fact I realised I had two subscriptions running at once! Raised a ticket but no one has replied in days? Help please

I have already paid 30USD for the Gold Lifetime on 17 JAN, however I can not download the "uncompressed cover". please help!

Only Admins can deal with Gold membership, Us moderators can't do the gold membership

When I try to sign in it says 'no sign in name'

and sometimes takes me straight to the forum instead?

I am a Gold Lifetime member and I can not d/l uncompressed covers.  It tells me to upgrade, which I did on Dec. 18? to be a Life member.
